Real Food Ritual sells digital eBooks only, which are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, special refund conditions apply.

2. Nature of Digital Products
All products offered on our website are intangible, digital goods (eBooks) that are instantly accessible after payment.
Once delivered, digital content cannot be returned, revoked, or “unseen,” and therefore, refund rights differ from those applicable to physical goods.
3. Refund Eligibility — European Union (EU) Customers Only
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers located in the European Union may be entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period for digital content, subject to important legal exceptions.
3.1. EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right (Before Download or Access)
EU customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if they have not yet:

● Accessed the download link, or
● Viewed the digital content in any form.
If no access has been made, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
3.2. Exceptions to EU Withdrawal Rights (After Download or Access)
Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right to withdraw does NOT apply once:
● The customer has downloaded the eBook,
● Accessed or opened the digital file,
● Viewed the content through any delivery method,
● Or otherwise begun consuming the digital product.
By completing a purchase, EU customers explicitly agree that once the digital content is accessed, the 14-day withdrawal right is waived.
Therefore, no refunds will be granted to EU customers after the eBook has been downloaded or accessed.
4. Refund Policy — Non-EU Customers (Worldwide)
For customers located outside the European Union, all sales are final.
4.1. No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, Real Food Ritual does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any eBook purchases made outside the EU, including but not limited to customers in:

United Kingdom
● Canada
● Australia
● Asia
● Africa
● Middle East
● South America
● Any other non-EU region
Once payment is completed, the digital product is considered delivered and consumed, and no refund requests will be accepted.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues such as:
● Download errors,
● Corrupted files, or
● Inability to access your eBook,
please contact us at support@realfoodritual.com, and we will ensure:
● A new download link,
● A replacement file, or
● Alternative delivery method.
These solutions do not constitute a refund unless you meet the EU criteria specified above.
6. Fraudulent Transactions or Chargeback Abuse
We reserve the right to deny access to future purchases, suspend accounts, or pursue legal action in cases involving:
● Chargeback fraud,
● Unauthorized credit card use,
● Misrepresentation of the customer’s location,
● Any attempt to exploit the EU 14-day policy unlawfully.
All digital downloads are time-stamped and logged for verification purposes.
7. How to Request a Refund (EU Customers Only)

- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Confirmation that the eBook has not been downloaded, accessed, or opened
We may require additional verification to confirm your eligibility.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days back to the original method of payment.
